Responsibilities:

Team Management: Avbob Client Service Champion 2024

  • Attend scheduled area meetings and report back to employees on customer service deficiencies, recommending actions to rectify issues.
  • Conduct meetings with employees, record minutes, and share them with stakeholders, addressing customer service-related matters.
  • Identify development areas for administrative staff and track development plans to address client service deficiencies.
  • Conduct counselling and coaching sessions with administrative staff to ensure quality assurance and standardization of processes.
  • Recommend and implement corrective actions in collaboration with the area manager to address employee behavior and performance.
  • Monitor subordinates’ work to ensure tasks are performed to acceptable standards and according to policies and procedures.
  • Provide input on performance appraisals and recommend training and coaching needs for administrative staff.

  • Address escalated client enquiries promptly and accurately, liaising with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure policy requests and transactions are handled according to policy and procedure, executed in a timely and effective manner.
  • Monitor and report on regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with legislative standards (e.g., FAIS, PoPIA, FICA, BCEA, LRA).

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • A FAIS recognized qualification.
  • RE5 certification.
  • RE1 certification (preferred).
  • Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office, email, and internet usage.
