Responsibilities:
Team Management: Avbob Client Service Champion 2024
- Attend scheduled area meetings and report back to employees on customer service deficiencies, recommending actions to rectify issues.
- Conduct meetings with employees, record minutes, and share them with stakeholders, addressing customer service-related matters.
- Identify development areas for administrative staff and track development plans to address client service deficiencies.
- Conduct counselling and coaching sessions with administrative staff to ensure quality assurance and standardization of processes.
- Recommend and implement corrective actions in collaboration with the area manager to address employee behavior and performance.
- Monitor subordinates’ work to ensure tasks are performed to acceptable standards and according to policies and procedures.
- Provide input on performance appraisals and recommend training and coaching needs for administrative staff.

- Address escalated client enquiries promptly and accurately, liaising with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure policy requests and transactions are handled according to policy and procedure, executed in a timely and effective manner.
- Monitor and report on regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with legislative standards (e.g., FAIS, PoPIA, FICA, BCEA, LRA).
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Grade 12 qualification.
- A FAIS recognized qualification.
- RE5 certification.
- RE1 certification (preferred).
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office, email, and internet usage.
