Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Sales:
- Engage with potential customers by phone to introduce products using a prepared script
- Provide detailed product information and pricing, and address customer queries
- Ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA, and POPIA regulations during customer interactions
- Maintain accurate records on the customer debtor system (CDS) and ensure high-quality communication in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
- Updating Personal Information:
- Update customer profiles with accurate personal, employment, and contact details to ensure effective communication and account management
Qualifications:
- Must have completed Grade 12
- At least one year of experience in a retail.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and the telco industry

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to persuade and inform effectively
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
- Proactive in maintaining high standards of customer service and data management
