Role Overview

The main purpose of this role is to enhance the customer experience at Capitec branches. You will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing branch queues efficiently, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting clients with ATM transactions and digital banking services. Experience Requirements

• Minimum: No prior experience is necessary, but candidates must have completed a Grade 12 National Certificate.
• Ideal: Previous customer service experience, particularly within retail, finance, or banking sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.

Knowledge

• Minimum: Basic arithmetic and strong interpersonal skills are required, along with clarity on personal career ambitions and a willingness to learn.
• Ideal: Familiarity with banking branch operations, Capitec Bank’s products, and internal business processes.

Skills

• Excellent communication abilities.
• Proficiency in computer applications like MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
