Purpose Statement:
As a valued member of our team, your role will be to welcome clients, ensure efficient queue management, deliver exceptional client service, and assist clients with ATM transactions and self-service channels. Through these interactions, you’ll gain invaluable knowledge, skills, and experience for service consulting.
Experience: Capitec Bank Learnership 2024
Minimum:
- Grade 12 National Certificate required.
Ideal:
- Some client service experience within a retail, financial, or banking environment.
Qualifications (Minimum):
- Grade 12 National Certificate or Vocational.
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred):
- Knowledge of bank branch environments.
- Familiarity with Capitec Bank products and internal business processes.
Skills: Capitec Bank Learnership 2024
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Effective interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Conditions of Employment:
- Clear criminal and credit record.
