Qualifications and Experience: FNB Youth Development Program 2024
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Limited or no formal work experience (less than 12 months).
- Skills in analytical thinking, building relationships, teamwork, problem-solving, learning agility, resilience, stress management, drive, and results orientation.
