Purpose Statement: Capitec Bank Better Champion 2024
As a Client Service Consultant, your role will involve welcoming clients, coordinating branch flow efficiently, providing excellent client service, assisting clients at the ATM, and completing transactions on remote or self-service channels. Through these responsibilities, you will gain the knowledge, skills, and experience required for service consulting.
Experience: Minimum: Capitec Bank Better Champion 2024
- No experience required, but individuals must have a Grade 12 National Certificate.
Ideal:
- Some client service experience within a retail, financial, or banking environment.
Qualifications (Minimum): Capitec Bank Better Champion 2024
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred):
- Knowledge of bank branch environments.
- Familiarity with Capitec Bank products and business processes (internal).
Knowledge: Minimum:
- Basic calculations.
- Interpersonal skills and how to engage with people.
- Clarity and understanding of own aspirations, with a willingness to learn and grow.
Ideal:
- Familiarity with bank branch environments.
- Knowledge of Capitec Bank products and internal business processes.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Conditions of Employment:

- Must have detectable/recognizable fingerprints on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system
