As a Store Manager, your primary objective is to lead a dedicated store team in achieving business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), encompassing sales growth, cost control, risk mitigation, and maintaining exceptional store standards. Your role involves driving sales through superior customer service, maintaining impeccable store image and standards, effective stock management, and strategic promotional implementation.

Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by prioritizing customer service, maintaining world-class store standards, efficient stock management, and effective promotional execution.
- Minimize stock loss by fostering a healthy store culture, adhering to security measures, and implementing stringent stock and cash handling procedures.
- Manage costs in alignment with the company’s low-cost culture, striving for efficiencies within the store operations.
- Ensure adherence to administrative duties as per company guidelines.
- Lead and mentor a dynamic team, known as Dynamos, through training, coaching, and performance management.
- Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards to uphold store excellence.
Requirements: Job Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Proficiency in English.
- Relevant tertiary education, preferably a degree/diploma in a business/retail-related field.
- Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role within a retail environment.
- Computer literacy, familiarity with Microsoft and/or Google GSuite is advantageous.
