Job Purpose: Toy R Us Shop Assistant 2024
As a Shop Assistant, your main goal is to maximize sales through exceptional customer service and provide customers with a WOW experience.

Key Performance Areas: Toy R Us Shop Assistant 2024
- Provide outstanding customer service to create WOW experiences
- Attend to the unique needs of each customer and prioritize customer satisfaction
- Ensure prompt and relevant service on the sales floor and over the phone
- Adhere to customer service standards and advise customers on product range, pricing, and warranties
- Demonstrate and explain products to customers, focusing on add-on sales and services
- Maintain correct pricing and display of goods
- Execute promotions effectively and on time
- Adhere to merchandising and housekeeping standards
- Report on product performance to Store Manager
- Participate in stock takes and minimize stock loss
- Maximize sales and minimize expenses
Entry Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- 6 months of retail experience
- Own or reliable transport for shift work
General:
- Undertake any relevant duties assigned by Senior Management
- Complete all mandatory training
- Maintain confidentiality of information
- Keep up-to-date with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Cooperate in the introduction of new technology and methods
