Key Responsibilities: Netcare Receptionist Post 2024

  • Manage the complete admissions process and handle associated queries.
  • Provide quality customer service aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Perform administrative duties, manage the switchboard, and handle billing and pay point responsibilities.

Inherent Requirements: Netcare Receptionist Post 2024

  • Matric or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification.
  • Higher certificate – NQF level 5.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of previous reception experience in a hospital/clinic environment.
  • Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Knowledge of Medical Schemes.
