Stock Management:
- Ensure accurate receipt and unpacking of stock to merchandise and replenish the sales floor.
- Monitor and manage stock levels efficiently to mitigate risks such as stock loss and maintain optimal stock on hand.
- Oversee the maintenance of the stockroom to uphold high housekeeping standards.
- Authorize necessary actions such as write-offs, breakages, recalls, and returns.
Sales Growth & Profitability: Mr Price Store Manager 2024
- Analyze sales and profitability reports to collaborate on operational action plans aimed at increasing sales performance and monitoring store expenditure.
- Keep abreast of in-store product performance to provide feedback and enhance sales strategies.
- Identify and propose new opportunities to boost sales and enhance brand awareness.
Risk Management: Mr Price Store Manager 2024
- Conduct compliance checks to ensure adherence to policies and procedures, mitigating potential risks.
Customer Experience Management:
- Implement and maintain customer experience processes to meet and exceed customer service standards.
- Execute business instruction letters, markdowns, repricing, promotions, and uphold visual standards to enhance customer experience.
Leadership & Development:
- Lead and drive the store team to achieve store KPIs and operational strategies aligned with company values.
- Identify and address training, coaching, and development needs to foster talent management and succession planning.
- Manage recruitment, administration, and performance in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Innovation:
- Implement innovation initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and improve in-store processes.
Qualifications: Mr Price Store Manager 2024
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Knowledge of sales and service management.
- Proficiency in budgeting and MS Office applications.
- Effective communication skills.
- Business understanding of retail trade, brand management, customer service, and product knowledge.
