Responsibilities: Nedbank Client Service Consultant

  • Adhere meticulously to daily schedules, driving towards target achievement with unwavering focus and dedication.
  • Employ auto-generated queries to assess risk profiles effectively.
  • Address and resolve client queries pertaining to a wide array of insurance products through various channels, including inbound and outbound calls.
  • Proactively escalate unresolved issues to management or relevant stakeholders for swift resolution.
  • Initiate and oversee claim registrations, ensuring seamless follow-ups and timely communication of outcomes.
  • Facilitate policy endorsements, cancellations, and educate clients on self-service channels for enhanced convenience.
  • Exceed service level agreements by promptly answering 80% of calls within 60 seconds, while also driving lead generation to bolster revenue streams.
  • Champion Nedbank’s core values of honesty, integrity, and accountability in all interactions, both internal and external.
  • Actively contribute to a culture of transformation and corporate social responsibility initiatives, aligning with key business strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancement and actively support the implementation of new policies and systems.

Essential Qualifications and Experience: Nedbank Client Service Consultant

  • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
  • RE 5 Certificate
  • 120 FAIS Credits
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in motor insurance, Personal Lines, and call center operations
  • Proficiency in administrative procedures, regulatory knowledge, and relevant software systems
  • Demonstrated competency in business writing, banking procedures, and risk management
  • Proven track record of building customer loyalty and delivering exceptional service
