Tracker Connect is excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for 25 young and aspiring individuals in South Africa through its Call Centre Learnership Programme for 2024. This program will take place at the Tracker Head Office in Johannesburg and is designed to empower unemployed youth with essential skills in call center operations.

Program Overview:
This Learnership, leading to a full qualification at NQF Level 4, consists of structured unit standard-based learning alongside practical workplace experience, accumulating a total of 132 credits. Participants will emerge from this program fully equipped to handle customer service excellently.
Competencies Developed:
- Mastery in one-stop call resolution.
- Proficient in capturing and updating customer information.
- Ability to uphold customer service standards under pressure.
- Skills in marketing and selling products.
- Expertise in upselling and cross-selling various products.
- Understanding of handling invoices, adjustments, advance payments, credit notes, and payment allocations.
- Competent in managing electronic communications.
- Support data integrity campaigns effectively.
- Knowledge of contracting, scheduling, and the Tracker systems.
Eligibility Criteria:
- South African citizen with a valid ID.
- Aged between 18 and 35 years, with a clean criminal record.
- Must have completed Matric with at least a D / level 4 pass in English.
- Currently unemployed and not engaged in full-time studies.
- Passionate about customer service with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a keen desire to learn.
- Basic computer proficiency is necessary.
Learnership Benefits:
- A modest stipend will be provided to cover basic expenses during the 12-month duration of the learnership.
