Your Experience Includes:
- A background of 6 months to 1 year in sales, promotions, or marketing.
Your Role with Us:
- Customer Interaction: Help clients with account setups and resolve all betting-related queries.
- Sales and Activations: Utilize your expertise to demonstrate and explain mobile products and services, driving sales and encouraging new online account registrations.
- Marketing Initiatives: Lead mobile marketing campaigns to boost sales and customer engagement.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, reporting daily progress to management.
- Brand Promotion: Actively promote our mobile brand, set up eye-catching displays at various venues to draw in potential customers.
- Document Assistance: Aid customers with FICA documentation to ensure compliance and ease of account opening.
- Equipment Management: Manage, safeguard, and maintain all mobile-related equipment and ensure work areas are always clean and welcoming.
- Ongoing Training: Engage in regular training activities including Moodle courses, Voice Note Training, and Trainers on Wheels.
- Flexibility: Be willing to travel between different branches and stores as required by operational demands.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other related tasks as needed within the organization.
What You Bring to Our Team:
- Strong listening and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A results-driven mindset.
- A solid understanding of mobile and internet betting, betting procedures, types, and TUV (top up voucher) distribution.
- Proficient sales and system knowledge.
