The Enrolled Nurse plays a vital role in providing direct and/or indirect nursing care to patients, either individually or as part of a group, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The incumbent is responsible for their actions and omissions, working within a nursing regime planned and initiated by the Registered Nurse.

Education: Netcare Enrolled Nurse Post
- Must be registered with the South African Nursing Council as an Enrolled Nurse or hold an equivalent NQF 3 qualification.
- Possess a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification.
- Adherence to the SANC code for Enrolled Nurses and all relevant healthcare legislation.
Work Experience: Netcare Enrolled Nurse Post
- Experience in the Emergency Department is advantageous.
Knowledge:
- Comprehensive understanding of general and specialized nursing theory and practice.
- In-depth knowledge of contemporary nursing care principles and practices in specialized fields.
