Global Forwarding Freight – South Africa is seeking an In-House Customer Relations Controller to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all account operational requirements for the customer, addressing delivery and customs queries promptly, and maintaining a thorough understanding of customer operations, needs, DHL processes, and standards. You will develop solutions for customer queries while aligning with DHL capabilities and processes, support and manage both internal projects aimed at increasing efficiency and productivity as well as customer-driven projects, manage audits, and coordinate with departments such as Finance and Sales to optimize account management.

In this In-House Customer Relations Controller position:
- You will manage customer queries and business operations, ensuring a deep understanding of customer requirements, systems, and requests.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- A Matric certificate is required.
- Tertiary education, including a diploma or higher, is advantageous.
