Programme Overview:
As a Learner, you will:
- Complete a formal, registered qualification
- Gain work experience in various tasks such as research, analysis, administration, process, and project work
- Contribute to cost efficiencies
- Apply learning experiences to optimize work processes
- Ensure operational excellence by adhering to defined quality standards
- Participate in personal development activities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by adhering to quality service standards
- Contribute effectively to team efforts
Requirements:
- Grade 12/Matric certificate
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- No prior work experience needed
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be between the ages of 18 and 35
- Must be currently unemployed
