Job Opportunity: Warehouse Controller at Nashua
Job Purpose: Perform duties of a Warehouse Controller as outlined in the job description for the Nashua.

Requirements:
Experience and Qualifications:
- Grade 12
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure stock is packed, organized, and rearranged in the warehouse
- Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the warehouse at all times
- Monitor and manage inventory control and stock ordering
- Handle shipping, loading, and unloading of stock
- Pick stock according to orders
- Handle stock with utmost care to minimize losses and risks
- Prepare and manage delivery route planning
- Conduct stock counts as needed
- Improve warehouse work processes through strategic planning to create a more efficient work environment
- Maintain vehicles by ensuring timely servicing and cleanliness
- Accurately and promptly capture/process Goods Received Notes (GRNs)
- Perform full process stock reconciliations
- Serve as backup for other warehouse tasks as needed
Skills and Attributes:
- Proficiency in MS Office with intermediate Excel skills
- Strong administrative, analytical, numerical, and data capturing skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements (desirable)
- Deadline-driven
- Ability to work in a demanding environment and under pressure
- Positive work ethic
Other Assignments:
- Clear credit and criminal record
- Valid driver’s license
- Availability to work overtime as required
- Own transport preferred
