- Conduct daily compliance checks regarding Health & Safety, Maintenance, and Hygiene, promptly addressing any issues
- Collaborate in developing and executing corrective action plans to improve audit results
People Empowerment:
- Contribute to developing and monitoring weekly rosters to meet business demands effectively
- Participate in recruitment, induction, and training processes for new staff members, aligning with Nando’s standards
- Ensure adherence to disciplinary protocols and provide ongoing feedback and support to staff members

- Assist in the execution of national, regional, and local marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Handle customer complaints in accordance with Nando’s procedures
- Support the implementation of the local marketing plan to drive sales and expand the customer base
