Key Responsibilities:

Upselling and cross-selling products.
Meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
Maintaining contact and building lasting relationships with customers.
Making sales calls to both potential and existing customers.
Keeping detailed records of all customer interactions.
Staying informed about the latest market trends and product knowledge.
Developing innovative and creative sales techniques.
Ensuring Customer Service standards are maintained in a highly pressurized environment.
Following up on leads and queries.
Identifying and meeting customer needs through product or service purchases.
Working overtime or on Saturdays as requested by management.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric certificate with 1-2 years of outbound sales experience in a call center.
Excellent typing and accurate data capturing skills.
Exceptional communication skills and telephone manner.
Computer literacy.
Strong analytical skills.
A persuasive and competitive nature is advantageous.
Proven sales record.
