Job Purpose:
Join the Nedbank Corporate and Investment Banking (NCIB) Young Analyst Programme to assist with implementing the business investment philosophy through data analysis, research, and support functions, aligning with the Nedbank Group strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Interact with internal and external clients, offering feedback and business presentations to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships to achieve work goals.
- Compile, maintain, and monitor economic, industry, and other data series through research.
- Make investment recommendations using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Contribute to transformation goals by participating in Nedbank Culture building initiatives.
- Support corporate social responsibility initiatives to align with key business strategies.
- Identify and recommend process, system, and policy enhancements, supporting the implementation of new initiatives.
- Evaluate fund/investment performance through regular financial reviews.
- Clearly express ideas or facts in written documentation for easy understanding.
- Develop a sound understanding of products, industry knowledge, and the regulatory framework.
- Stay updated on legislation and industry changes affecting the role by reading relevant newsletters and attending sessions.
- Embrace and demonstrate the Nedbank vision and values through team and stakeholder interactions.
- Improve personal capability by identifying training courses and career progression opportunities through input and feedback from managers.
