Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will report directly to the Supervisor of Passenger Services and will play a pivotal role in enhancing the passenger experience. ACSA Passenger Info Agents 2025 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Technical Skills and Experience
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for this role:
- Educational Qualifications: A National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) is mandatory.
- Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years of operational experience in a similar role is highly recommended.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is essential.
