Are you ready to make a difference? Minimum requirements include 3 to 6 months of previous client service experience within a retail, financial, or banking environment. However, if you lack experience, don’t worry! We also consider candidates with relevant tertiary qualifications.
Ideally, we’re looking for candidates with more than 1 year of client service experience, demonstrating a proven track record of engaging in sales and client-facing environments.
Qualifications: Capitec Bank Service Consultant 2024
Minimum qualifications entail a Grade 12 National Certificate or Vocational qualification. However, if you have a relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce or a similar field, that’s even better! Certification in Finance or Banking will be highly advantageous.
Knowledge: Capitec Bank Service Consultant 2024
Basic calculations? Check. Absolutely essential. Ideally, you should also have knowledge of Capitec Bank products and internal business processes and procedures, including the Branch Credit Granting Policy principles (BCGP).
