Safety and Quality:
- Adhere strictly to all Nando’s Feitoria safety regulations and policies.
- Comply with all statutory and company safety rules.
- Consistently wear all prescribed PPE.
- Maintain 5S/housekeeping standards within your area of responsibility and other areas as requested.
- Report near misses, unsafe behavior, and incidents to the immediate supervisor, manager, EOHS Officer, or SHE Rep.
- Never engage in unsafe acts, ensuring 100% compliance with safety rules.
- Uphold 5S principles in the work area, striving for zero harm and zero alcohol tolerance.
Apply For Nandos General Workers Operations and Equipment Usage (Machine and Forklift):
- Perform set-up tasks and duties within the assigned work area as per SOPs and work instructions.
- Assist in achieving safety, quality, productivity, and equipment effectiveness goals in your designated area.
- Conduct a 5-point check on equipment before each shift to ensure it is in order.
- Follow the lockout system rigorously when performing 5S tasks.
- Record daily scrap levels in Shopware.
- Contribute to production goals, aiming for an OEE score of 65% or higher and a scrap score of 2% or less.
