Key Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do:
- Product Mastery: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Tiger Brands products in your portfolio, along with an understanding of our sales systems and procedures.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong business relationships with store management, delivering service and value that exceed customer expectations.
- In-Store Planning: Customize programs and fact-based sales presentations to meet the specific needs of each store, considering demographics and the existing consumer base.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with customers to ensure adequate product orders are placed to meet consumer demand.
- POP Implementation: Execute Point of Purchase (POP) drivers according to customer and brand plans, and report on the POP scorecard.
- Stock Management: Conduct stock checks on every call cycle, ensuring compliance with promotional space and pricing agreements.
- Trade Agreement Compliance: Ensure SKU alignment by category and space as per trade agreements.
- Merchandising Coordination: Communicate plans and manage merchandising resources effectively to drive sales volume at the store level. Work closely with merchandisers to keep inventory fully stocked, rotated, and presentable.
- Returns Management: Properly credit and dispose of all returns from stores.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and report on customer preferences, competitive activities, and pricing trends.
- Liaison Role: Serve as the bridge between our Customer Managers and store management.
