Retail Readiness Programme (RRP)
The RRP is a comprehensive skills development program aimed at equipping young people with the foundational skills necessary to thrive in a retail environment. This program is perfect for those with no prior work experience, offering a blend of practical and theoretical training.
- Duration: Five weeks of practical training, followed by two weeks of theoretical learning.
- Qualification: Successful participants will earn an NQF level 3 qualification upon completion.

- South African youth aged 18 to 34 with no prior work experience.

Graduates of the YES program will be equipped with the skills needed to secure employment in retail or even start their own retail business.
