The RRP is a comprehensive skills development program aimed at equipping young people with the foundational skills necessary to thrive in a retail environment. This program is perfect for those with no prior work experience, offering a blend of practical and theoretical training.

  • Duration: Five weeks of practical training, followed by two weeks of theoretical learning.
  • Qualification: Successful participants will earn an NQF level 3 qualification upon completion.

Who Can Apply?

  • South African youth aged 18 to 34 with no prior work experience.

Requirements:

  • A South African Matric certificate or an equivalent qualification.
