Key Performance Areas:

    • Demonstrate, explain, and guide customers through product features, ensuring they are fully informed.
  3. Drive Sales with Confidence:

  4. Maintain High Standards in Merchandising and Housekeeping:

    • Regularly report on fast- and slow-moving products to the Store Manager.
  5. Inventory and Asset Management:
    • Actively participate in stock takes and counts to ensure accuracy.
    • Take measures to minimize stock loss and reduce expenses in your area of responsibility.
    • Maximize sales across all areas while protecting the Company’s assets.

Entry Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate.
  • A minimum of 6 months of retail experience.
  • Reliable transport to accommodate shift work.

General Responsibilities:

  1. Perform any additional duties as requested by Senior Management.
  2. Participate in all mandatory and service training as required.
  3. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all company information.
  4. Regularly undergo appraisals and personal development reviews.
  5. Stay current with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  6. Embrace and fully cooperate with the introduction of new technology and methods.
