- Adherence to Customer Service Standards:

- Demonstrate, explain, and guide customers through product features, ensuring they are fully informed.
- Drive Sales with Confidence:

- Maintain High Standards in Merchandising and Housekeeping:

- Inventory and Asset Management:
- Actively participate in stock takes and counts to ensure accuracy.
- Take measures to minimize stock loss and reduce expenses in your area of responsibility.
- Maximize sales across all areas while protecting the Company’s assets.
Entry Requirements:
- Matric Certificate.
- A minimum of 6 months of retail experience.
- Reliable transport to accommodate shift work.
General Responsibilities:
- Perform any additional duties as requested by Senior Management.
- Participate in all mandatory and service training as required.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all company information.
- Regularly undergo appraisals and personal development reviews.
- Stay current with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Embrace and fully cooperate with the introduction of new technology and methods.
