- Skills:

Job Description:
- Customer Service: Adhere to Dis-Chem’s customer service policies and procedures, establishing a professional relationship with customers.
- Complaint Handling: Report customer complaints and compliments to the Frontline Supervisor or store management.
- Sales Awareness: Stay informed about current sales and promotions.
- Risk Management: Ensure colleagues and customers are not exposed to any risk.
- Communication: Execute and manage Dis-Chem’s 5-star communication principles.
- Cash Management: Be responsible for cash flow, ensuring accurate transactions and maintaining cash drawers.
Competencies:
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of operating cash registers and processing sales, refunds, and payments.
- Language Proficiency: Strong command of English, both written and oral.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all transactions.
- Presentation: Maintain a presentable appearance and demonstrate emotional intelligence and social awareness.
- Accountability: Display trustworthiness, honesty, and accountability in handling cash and customer interactions.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage time and meet customer turnover hourly rates.
