The Receptionist plays a crucial role as the first point of contact for visitors and patients at the Clinic. Exceptional interpersonal communication skills are essential for this position. Responsibilities include managing the complete admissions process and addressing related queries from various stakeholders.
As a Receptionist, you will serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying our values of CARE, TRUTH, PARTICIPATION, COMPASSION, and DIGNITY. You are expected to provide outstanding, person-centered customer service. Your role encompasses a range of duties, including administrative tasks, managing the switchboard, handling billing, and overseeing pay point operations. Inherent Requirements:
- Matric or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification.
- Higher Certificate – NQF level 5.
- Previous reception experience (1 – 2 years) in a hospital or clinic environment.
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Knowledge of Medical Schemes.
