Job Description
Job Objectives:
- Deliver high standards of pharmaceutical care, ensuring accurate and safe dispensing, including generic substitution, and provide professional advice within the legal scope defined by the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC).
- Execute dispensary operations efficiently, including responsible stock management, shrinkage control, general housekeeping, and administration, adhering to merchandising standards, SAPC regulations, and company protocols.
- Ensure the dispensary’s operational viability by focusing on core targets for the dispensary and clinic.
- Implement customer service initiatives to ensure an outstanding customer experience, drive customer loyalty, and achieve club card participation targets.
- Foster integration and collaboration with the clinic and healthcare aisle to offer customers comprehensive healthcare solutions.
- Promote the brand as the customer’s top choice for health and beauty retail by embodying and promoting the company values.
