Requirements:

  • Education: Currently in the final year of relevant university programs, particularly in the BSc and Commerce faculties, focusing on Actuarial Science, Maths, Statistics, Quantitative Finance, Engineering, Accounting and Finance, Economics, Business Management, Agricultural Economics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Academic Performance: Strong academic results (academic transcript required as part of the application).
  • Skills: Analytical and numeric mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Program Details:

  • Permanent Positions: All roles in the graduate program are full-time permanent positions within specific business units in Broader Africa countries.
  • Training: Graduates will participate in monthly training sessions and an action learning project.
