Clover is seeking enthusiastic new talent to join our Call Centre Learnership. Successful candidates will be based at Clover’s Call Centre in Constantia Park (Roodepoort) and will also attend prescribed classes. By the end of the learnership, participants will have earned an NQF qualification and gained valuable experience in a world-class Call Centre environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interactions: Handle all inbound and outbound communications efficiently.
- Issue Resolution: Address queries and complaints through the appropriate channels.
- Order Management: Accurately capture and process orders as per the daily call list.
- Account Notifications: Inform customers of accounts on hold and confirm orders following standard procedures.
- Stakeholder Communication: Notify relevant stakeholders of any issues related to orders.
- Product Promotion: Offer new or additional products, highlighting features and special offers.
- Team Collaboration: Assist team members to achieve collective goals and support team values.
- Meeting Participation: Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the visual management of information.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4.
- Recent Graduates: Grade 12/Matric completed between 2019 and 2023 with an average of 60% in English and Maths or Maths Literacy.
- Technical Skills: Advanced computer literacy.
- Employment Status: Currently unemployed.
- Prior Participation: Applicants must not have participated in a learnership before.
