Requirements:
- Undergraduate qualification in Public Administration, Business Administration, Administrative Management, or related fields (NQF Level 6)
- NQF Level 7 qualifications are advantageous
- Minimum one year of clerical experience preferred
- Valid Code 10 driver’s license and Professional Driving Permit (PDP)
- Knowledge of Batho Pele Principles, Public Service Regulations, and Civic Services Operations
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and supervisory skills
- Extensive travel required
Duties:
- Supervise and administer daily operations of Civic Services within Mobile Offices
- Manage queues and client services
- Perform vehicle inspections and ensure safety
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Supervise resources within the unit
