OUTsurance is inviting unemployed South African youth to apply for its Learnership Programme for 2024. This structured, work-based programme offers participants valuable workplace experience, helping them to develop the skills necessary for their chosen careers.

Programme Overview:
Successful candidates will:
- Enter into a fixed-term Learnership agreement (not an employment contract) with OUTsurance
- Receive a stipend during the programme
- Gain experience and develop skills in the call centre environment, with a focus on the Financial and Insurance industry
Requirements:
- Grade 12/Matric certificate
- A completed degree is beneficial but not required
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- No prior work experience needed
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must not have previously participated in a Learnership with INSETA
- Must be between the ages of 18 and 35
- Must have been unemployed for the past 6 months
