Programme Details:
This is an 18-month fixed-term learnership for candidates with an N6 qualification who need work experience to complete their National N Diploma.
Job Description:
Successful candidates will receive mentorship and training in the following areas:
- SAP role setup
- SAP transaction overview
- Teams file setup
- Customer overview
- Basics in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP)
- Credit working training
- Debit training
- Return training (cancellation/faulty goods)
- Internal orders training
- Overdue account overview
- Product overview of different tools
- Understanding and assisting with online/digital customer content
- MS Office basics (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Meeting minutes taking
Qualifications:

- N6 in Marketing Management / Business Administration / Management Assistance
