Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist passengers with ticket sales, bookings, and flight changes, including explaining rules, terms, conditions, regulations, and procedures.
  • Provide support during flight disruptions and cancellations.
  • Handle and safeguard confidential information.
  • Address complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Escalate any issues to the Supervisor on duty.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • Experience in airport operations and ticket sales within the aviation industry.
  • Availability to work weekends, public holidays, flexible hours, and shifts as required.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including phone etiquette.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills.
