Programme Details:
- Duration: 12 months
- Accreditation: This is a SETA accredited learnership, culminating in a formal qualification endorsed by SAQA.
- Components: The programme includes mentorship and coaching covering the entire baking process. Learners will engage in practical work required by RCL FOODS and SETA.
Objectives of the Supreme Siyabhaka Academy:
- Skill Development: Cultivate the skills of individual learners to create employable young professionals, addressing the skills gap in the baking industry.

- Industry Leadership: Enhance the standard of in-store and professional bakery products, shift consumer perceptions, and strengthen customer relationships.
Minimum Requirements:
- Educational: Grade 12 qualification with hospitality studies and maths (Literacy) is essential.
- Skills: Computer literacy (MS Office) is advantageous.
