Purpose: The learnership aims to develop essential skills and knowledge in cleaning and hygiene supervision.

Recruitment: We are seeking learners from the Western Cape for 12 available learnerships.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Placement at cleaning contracts/offices for admin duties and gaining workplace experience.
- Attendance at monthly contact sessions with a training provider.
- Submission of knowledge assessments and practical assignments within specified timelines.
- Interviews at our Regional Offices for candidates meeting criteria.
Stipend: Upon approval and enrollment, the Cath Seta will provide a monthly stipend, subject to UIF deduction, based on daily hours worked. This stipend aims to cover travel expenses during work and training.
Program Duration: 1 year.
