A well-known and established personal care organisation requires the above to manage, coordinate and handle calls in the call centre.

Minimum requirements for the role:

Minimum matric with previous telephone operating experience is essential.
Fluent communication of the English command is essential; ability to speak an African Language is advantageous.
Must have public speaking experience; call centre experience is advantageous.
Must have good selling, persuasive and influencing ability.
Previous social media experience is essential.
Must have good problem solving skills and capabilities.
Good planning and organising skills are essential.
Excellent telephone etiquette.
Good management skills and a passion for working with people at all levels is essential.
Person needs to be fast paced and customer service orientated.
Computer Literacy - Microsoft Office knowledge, SAP experience and Excel skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Obtaining client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
Determining eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
Establishing policies by entering client information and confirming pricing.
Informing clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, providing information.
Maintaining communication equipment by reporting problems.
Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending improved procedures.
Updating job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
Accomplishing sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Salary package is negotiable based on experience gained.
